This proposal is an invitation to create together a space for the employees so that they too can receive the moments of relaxation and learn how to manage the stress in order to work more efficiently and achieve work-life balance.

Stress derives from an accumulated pressure of our repressed and suppressed feelings and accumulation of negative thought.

For example: The more fear we feel inside, the more our willingness to react with fear increases, the more our perception of the world changes in the face of a fear. A person who has a lot of accumulated fear inside sees the world as a more frightening, worrying, insecure place.  What we are clinging to inside colors our world.
