Children and adolescents can attend the session with one or both parents, or independently with the parents’ consent.


It is important to emphasize that the changes one can make have a profound impact on our family and work systems. Changes begin with oneself, but not from criticism, judgment, or complaints, rather from the acceptance of our current situation. Recognizing that it is natural to experience challenges is the first step. In my experience, in order to open up to the world effectively, it is essential to work on our family relationships, starting with the relationship with our father, mother, and with our children.

The accumulated pressure of the emotions causes the thoughts. For example, a painful memory (from which we have not yet been freed) of the first few years of life over time generates many thoughts associated with that event. One feeling can create thousands of thoughts.

Thoughts in and of themselves are not painful, but the feelings that underlie them.
